About the developer and the architecture

The developer of the project is Al Habtoor Group
The company is building the skyscraper in collaboration with the China Railway 18Th Bureau Group and MAK Consultancy & Architects. The uniqueness of the project lies in the method of construction "from top to bottom". This ensures a reduction in the carbon footprint, as it will be half that of other buildings with the same number of floors.
